For many years Japan Society of Boston members, both corporate and general, have benefited from the Society's Job and Resume Placement Service. While the service has been successful in matching Japan-savvy job seekers with unique highly-skilled positions, we believe that the on-line JobBank will be an efficient way to handle the many requests for assistance which the Society receives from both employers and job seekers.

Presented as a service of the Japan Society of Boston, with the generous support of Fidelity Foundation, the Society's on-line JobBank allows employers seeking employees with Japan-related skills and job searchers to connect. Also, it will allow greater access to the job postings which can be viewed at anytime and anywhere from our web browser.

Policies  
  Viewing & Searching jobs and resumes
Access to job listings as well as resume listings are open and available to the public free of charge until further notice. Resumes, however, can be viewed with a password to protect the rights of individuals. To receive a password for resume listing viewing, e-mail the JSB office at jsb@us-japan.org.
  Posting jobs and resumes
The posting service for Japan-related jobs and resumes will be open and available to the public free of charge until further notice. To enter a resume or a job listing, choose JobBank on the left navigator and fill out the on-line form. Once entered, it will take approximately 2-3 days for jobs/resumes to be approved for content and eligibility and to be available for viewing. The job/resume listing will be posted on the respected site up to 60days after the approval. Please be sure to include your e-mail address, so that the Society can contact you. In order to keep the service and listings as up-to-date as possible we ask that you inform us of any changes in your job search.
  Fees
The JobBank will be open and available free-of-charge until further notice. The Fee structure will be posted in advance of the date.
