Contact Us Location and Access The Japan-America Society's offices are located at 1819 L Street NW in downtown Washington, on the north side of L Street between Mackey's Public House restaurant and the Au Bon Pain café. There are several paid parking garages in the neighborhood. Street parking is sometimes available during non-rush hours. The nearest Metro stations are Farragut North (Red Line) and Farragut West (Orange and Blue Lines). For a map of the area, click here. Hours The Society's offices are open 9:30 - 5:30, Monday through Friday. The office is closed on Federal holidays. In addition, the office sometimes closes temporarily when the staff is hosting programs in outside locations.
