Mr. Yamakoshi

Mr. Yamakoshi,
Director of Keidanren-USA will speak at a luncheon for members and guests of  the Japan-America of Pennsylvania on June 19th, Pittsburgh, PA.  His topic, "Revitalization of the Japanese Economy: Keidanren's Agenda" is very timely and has generated a lot of interest.  KKC Alumni are invited to attend this talk if they are in the area.  For details on how to register, contact the JASP at 412-433-5022.  The program is presented in partnership with the World Affairs Council of Pittsburgh, Keidanren-USA and the National Association of Japan-America Societies.

Congratulations 2007 Fellows
A group of dedicated and talented educators were chosen to comprise the Teacher Fellow Class of 2007.  These 11 individuals will participate in the Japan program from July 2 through July 13.  The list includes: Dennis Brown, CA; Antoinette Castor-Peck, WA; Cathy Geis, GA; Roel Hinojosa, CA; Leesa Hudak, NH; Teresa Kewachuk, Nova Scotia; Danette Meyer, IL, John Pownall, Ontario; Mark Quinones, MA; Frank Stewart, CA and Reggie Terry, SC. ometeto gozaimasu!
