Job Bank Information

  The Job Bank/NAJAS Employment Connection allows employers looking for Japan specialists and job seekers for Japan-related positions to exchange information. Sponsored by the National Association of Japan-America Societies (NAJAS), the official association of the 38 Japan-America and Japan societies across the United States, the NAJAS Employment Connection has unique access to top-rate American/Japanese companies and a large pool of talented Japan-connected members.

Viewing and Searching forJobs and Resumes
Access to both job listings and resumes is available to the public.

Posting Jobs and Resumes
There is no charge for posting jobs and resumes. To enter a resume or a job listing, choose the appropriate "post" link and fill out the online form. Please be sure to include your email address, so the NAJAS office can contact you and notify you of approval. Once entered, it will take approximately one week for jobs/resumes to be approved and be available for viewing. If you have any further questions, please contact the NAJAS office at:

*All listings will be posted for a maximum period of 60 days.

  Terms of Service

NAJAS reserves the right to edit all listings in the database and to reject without notification any submission it views as inappropriate or unacceptable for any reason.

NAJAS assumes no liability for inaccurate information in the listings. Listings are not to be considered endorsements; NAJAS cannot verify the validity of any information contained within.

NAJAS does not sell, transfer or otherwise redistribute data about users to third parties, including contact information and/or usage patterns.

NAJAS reserves the right to modify these terms of service at any time without prior notification.

  Society Affiliates

The Job Bank/NAJAS Employment Connection is operated in affiliation with its member Societies.

NAJAS is a membership organization made up of 40 Japan-America and Japan Societies across the United States. The member Societies are independent and autonomous entities linked through the NAJAS network. Each Society has its own separate membership and conducts its own activities.

In addition, many Societies operate a local job/resume service similar to the NAJAS Employment Connection. If you are interested in either finding employment or an employee in a specific geographic area, please contact the local Society for information.
