NIRA (National Institute for Research Advancement) is an independent research body established in 1974. NIRA conducts many studies on complex issues, in order to bring politicians to a knowledge of how to best solve situations. NIRA's website contains a large link section to virtually every think tank in Japan, and even more around the world.
